Insurance and Payment Options

Our Family Health Center gladly accepts most insurance and health plans. Be sure to bring your insurance card with you to every visit. The best way to assure we accept your insurance is to call our office with your insurance card available so we can verify acceptance for you. Remember to notify the front desk whenever your insurance coverage changes so that the staff can accurately maintain your medical records.

Many insurance plans require patients to make a co-payment at the time of their visit. We will accept your co-pay when you register for your visit. Our Family Health Center is happy to accept many forms of payment including cash & checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover and Debit Cards.

Laboratory tests are an integral part of major medical procedures, physical exams and routine checkups. Lab results provide our physicians with the vital details they need to assess your health status. Doctors rely on a variety of lab tests to help them diagnose medical problems and conditions but these tests can be costly if not covered by the insurance company.  We make every effort to keep your health care expenses to a minimum and work with your insurance company. We recommend you speak to your insurance company to assure preventive health care is covered under your plan.
