These services are available right here in our wellness center and are specifically tailored for aging adults:

  • 4S Movement Evaluation
    A comprehensive assessment of your strength, stamina, stretching, and stability using our proprietary scoring system—performed by a licensed physical therapist.

  • Body Composition Scan (DEXA)
    The most accurate way to measure bone density, muscle mass, and body fat, helping you better understand your health and track progress.

  • 1-Hour Physical Therapy Consultation & Personalized Exercise Plan
    Meet one-on-one with our licensed physical therapist to design a customized exercise program tailored to your movement and aging goals.

  • Healthy Aging Classes
    Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9 AM
    Gentle, guided movement classes focused on bone strength, flexibility, and balance—perfect for building confidence and maintaining function with age.
