Frequently Asked Questions Membership Packages
Can I use insurance or my FSA to pay for my membership?
Membership fees are not eligible for insurance. All services are cash-based pay and you’d need to work with your insurance provider directly to see if they would approve the membership fee for FSA reimbursement. We do not work with insurance providers for FSA reimbursement.
Does my membership start date/end date run in a calendar month?
Memberships start from the day the membership was purchased and the term date is based on that date.
Are memberships refundable and cancellable?
Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable until the end of the term. Memberships have an auto-renew in place at the end of each term. To cancel, you must contact Our Family Health via email within five (5) business days of the renewal date at wellness@ourfamilyhealthcenter.com.
