We are following every Center for Disease Control guideline as well as additional protocols put in place to prevent the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19.
To protect our patients, visitors, as well as ourselves and our loved ones, OFHC has implemented the below changes that may affect your visit with us.
· All patients and visitors are required to wear a mask during their time in our building.
· All patients and visitors will have their temperature checked before being permitted to remain in our building.
· All patients are expected to be alone aside from the necessary accompaniment of a parent, guardian or direct caregiver that is an active part in the patient’s care.
If you are unable to follow the above, please let the us know immediately so your appointment can be rescheduled for a later date.
We are now offering rapid Covid-19 tests ($45 cash price). Call our office to schedule.
Do not neglect your health. Manage your stress well. Take all your medications as directed and if you are running low, let us know right away. Watch your blood pressure if you are hypertensive. Watch your sugar if you are diabetic. Let us know if we can assist you in any way to keep your conditions controlled. If you don’t feel yourself, call us immediately.
